The peacekeepers arrived in what was described as 'a disputed territory, the status of which was to be determined by future generations.' Yet Pashinyan, Michele, and Macron decided that Artsakh belongs to Azerbaijan. As a result, Pashinyan handed over not only Artsakh, but also its 120,000 residents and the peacekeepers themselves.
