Tigran Urikhanyan offers two explanations for how Serzh Sargsyan paved the way for Nikol Pashinyan’s rise to power - an act that, he believes, has brought the Armenian state to the brink of liquidation.

Despite having full control over the country’s security apparatus, special services, and law enforcement agencies, Sargsyan allowed a critical misstep that enabled Pashinyan to seize power.

Whether it was a mistake, a miscalculation, or a deliberate act, Urikhanyan argues that the consequences are clear: for those who love Armenia, the country has entered a phase of collapse.

He urges citizens not to vote for Nikol Pashinyan in the upcoming elections, warning that such a vote would, in effect, be a vote for Serzh Sargsyan.
