Andranik Kocharyan – Nikol Pashinyan’s resitter

“The world has turned upside down as the parliamentary ad hoc committee tasked with investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war in 2020 has finally submitted its report to the Speaker of the National Assembly.

As seen in the photo, the massive results of this hard work are on full display.

Инициированная «партией власти» комиссия под руководством Андраника Кочаряна The committee, established by the ruling party and chaired by Andranik Kocharyan (pictured, wearing what looks like a T-shirt borrowed from Zelensky), operated out of public view from February 2022 to September 2025, that is, for three years and seven months.

The sole purpose of the committee was to shield Nikol Pashinyan from any legal consequences and shift the blame for the lost war onto the so-called "punching bag" generals and external forces.

The materials gathered by Kocharyan were secretly used in court cases against battlefield commanders from Artsakh.

As a finishing touch, the ruling parliamentary majority will approve the report and file the generals away in the archives. That’s it.

The opposition will, as usual, loudly accuse the authorities of bias and backroom dealings. Meanwhile, they haven’t even considered conducting an alternative investigation all these years.”
