Edmon Marukyan: Azerbaijan Is Becoming a Stakeholder of “Zangezur Corridor”

Edmon Marukyan believes that Ilham Aliyev’s signature on the document outsourcing the management of a 42 km-long road in Syunik to the U.S. means that Azerbaijan will gain a stake in the deal to establish a consortium. Marukyan points out that this agreement with the United States contradicts the commitments made in the trilateral statement signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia on November 9, 2020.
