Hrachya Arzumanyan: Prime Minister of Armenia Agrees to a U.S. Operator for Logistics

July 15, 2025. Telegram Channel “Nemesis” quotes Hrachya Arzumanyan, as saying:

“It seems that the Prime Minister of Armenia has agreed to the involvement of a U.S. operator to take over logistics. On such an existential issue for Armenia, we’re left to guess and rely on foreign media for information.”

“I recently published a post on this topic and spoke about it live at the end of last week. For Armenia and the Armenian people, this is not merely a matter of communications or economics - it is a matter of sovereignty. The border and customs should be protected, and internal security ensured, by relevant state institutions - not by military contractors or outside operators.”

“If the Prime Minister of Armenia has abandoned this principle, then he has openly positioned himself as an enemy of Armenia and the Armenian people. The fact that he is enlisting support from Turkey and the United States for this initiative - as the article casually mentions - does not change the reality: the Prime Minister is transferring sovereign authority over Syunik to another party. As part of the so-called ‘delimitation and demarcation’ process, strategic heights have already been handed over without a single shot fired. Now, they are trying to do the same with Syunik - again, without a single shot.”

“The previous statement is built around the word ‘if’, but there is no reason left to trust NP, the parliament, or any state institution. The ‘Third Republic’ project has reached an irreversible and total deadlock. It has to be shut down - and we must return, at the very least, to the First Republic, or better yet, simply to Armenia, to Hayq."
