Brussels, Jermuk, Prague: Three Steps to a National Catastrophe

The Tribunal's file, News
The September events were not merely a military operation. They unfolded within a specific political atmosphere largely shaped by the Armenian authorities themselves. Their so-called “peace agenda” in practice turned out to be a risky experiment in which the country’s security was made dependent on vague international guarantees.

Falsehood in the Pursuit of Power: A Mirror Reflection of Sargsyan and Pashinyan

The Tribunal's file, News
Serzh Sargsyan and Nikol Pashinyan — beyond serving the same geopolitical center — are known to share another common feature: the practice of making electoral promises that remain unfulfilled.

“Real Armenia” – A Project to Undermine the Nation and the State

The Tribunal's file, News
Ultimately, “Real Armenia” is neither our Republic nor our fatherland. It is an artificial construct, devoid of history, roots, and humanity. Such “realness” threatens not only the cultural and spiritual fabric of the people but the very foundations of statehood.

The Government–Church Conflict: An Unprecedented Crisis of Armenian Statehood

The Tribunal's file, News
In the modern history of Armenia, there has been no event comparable in scale and symbolic significance to the ongoing conflict between the secular authorities and the Armenian Apostolic Church. Insulting epithets, public accusations, and direct demands for the resignation of the Catholicos of All Armenians — voiced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and members of his family — have been addressed to the country’s highest spiritual leadership.

Campaign Against the Armenian Apostolic Church: “Reforms,” Pressure, and an Attempt at Internal Division

The Tribunal's file, News
The Public Tribunal regards the ongoing developments as a threat to the national security, national unity, and spiritual sovereignty of the Armenian people. We consider it inadmissible to exert pressure on the Catholicos of All Armenians, to discredit the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, or to involve the clergy in political scenarios that serve the interests of the authorities.

Under the Guise of Legality: The Systemic Fusion of Government and Corruption

The Tribunal's file, News
The Public Tribunal appeals to the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, urging them to take into account the true structure of financing of the incumbent authorities, their ties with business interests, and the systemic nature of corruption before deciding whether to support any political force in the 2026 parliamentary elections.

How the Current Catastrophic Situation in Armenia Began: From Romanticized Independence to Systemic Vulnerability – Part 3. The Era of Robert Kocharyan (1998-2008). BETWEEN TWO TRAGEDIES: OCTOBER 27, 1999, AND MARCH 1, 2008 — ARMENIAN STATEHOOD UNDER THREAT

The Tribunal's file, News
Both the beginning and the end of Robert Kocharyan’s presidency were marked by tragic events that shaped Armenia’s political environment for years to come. The armed attack on the Armenian Parliament on October 27, 1999, shocked the young republic. Nearly a decade later, on March 1, 2008, a deepened political crisis culminated in bloody clashes on the streets of Yerevan. These events were not merely isolated tragedies; they planted explosive charges beneath public institutions, fueled mutual distrust, and led to a profound societal divide.

DECREE

on the Establishment Public Tribunal

From 1991 to 2025, public and political figures, often in collusion with external forces, organized and committed grave crimes against the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people. These crimes claimed thousands of lives and led to the loss of significant territories, thus undermining the country’s security. There is no other objective assessment, unfortunately.

The Armenian people are experiencing a new phase of Genocide!

Artsakh has been de-Armenianized, Syunik is under threat, and power in Yerevan has been taken over by marionettes of external forces. The mass migration of Armenians from Armenia, encouraged by the authorities to ease domestic tensions, is draining our homeland. Armenia is being transformed into a staging ground for attacks on Iran, while hostility against Russia is being artificially fostered. A prospect of a devastating war on Armenian soil involving foreign forces is looming.

A union of patriotic Armenians has declared the establishment of a Public Tribunal (PT).

The PT has been established based on the Armenian people’s right to self-defense and international standards and will operate in accordance with Armenia’s Criminal Code.

The legitimacy of the process is ensured through the collection of identifiable signatures from Armenian citizens and members of the Armenian diaspora worldwide.

The PT is thoroughly collecting and analyzing all aspects of the betrayal of the Armenian people’s interests, political corruption, and criminal and military offenses committed during the specified period of Armenian statehood.

The PT will be directly involved in addressing the issues faced by refugees from Artsakh, including documenting their material claims.

More

The mission

The mission of the Public Tribunal is to protect the legal rights of the Armenian people by collecting, examining, and presenting evidence of crimes committed by Armenian politicians against their own nation and state. These actions have led to the loss of Artsakh, accompanied by the ethnic cleansing of the Armenian population, and have posed critical existential threats to the Republic of Armenia.

The Public Tribunal aims to restore the violated rights of the Armenian people, unite our compatriots from Armenia and the Diaspora to halt the ongoing genocide of Armenians, and prevent such tragedies in the future.

The Truth

All Armenians, including witnesses, experts, and anyone with reliable information about the activities of state bodies and public figures during the specified historical period, are welcome to become participants and observers at the Public Tribunal.

The PT meetings will be held with the participation of jurors and chaired by a judge. The PT Secretariat, comprising competent, respected, and dedicated Armenian patriots, will prepare documents for the Tribunal.

Justice

The PT process will be observed by jurors who will render a verdict. Each juror will be, first and foremost, an entirely neutral individual, and secondly, a prominent Armenian, a public figure, or an expert in a specific field.

Crimes against the state and the nation must be thoroughly investigated. Those responsible must be brought responsible: be removed from political processes and condemned by national justice in Armenia.
