Shortly after the 2020 44-day war, Serob Ohanyan and lawyer Alexander Sirunyan appeared on the “Position” program of the 24News portal to discuss the controversial procurement policies of Armenia’s Defense Ministry.

According to Sirunyan, the Ministry deliberately sabotaged the tender process for the procurement of military equipment. He also claimed it undermined investments in Armenia’s military and defense industry, including the planned construction of a bullet manufacturing plant.
