Kocharyan’s prophetic question was voiced through Serzh’s Sato [Satik Seyranyan – Ed.], and Serzh [Serzh Sargsyan – Ed.] had nothing to say in response. What could he say, after all, when he’d been exposed?

When Satik Seyranyan asked Serzh Sargsyan to comment on Robert Kocharyan’s remark that the Constitutional reform was intended to pave the way for new authorities, Sargsyan replied:

“I do not comment on statements made by former presidents.”
