Garnik Isagulyan: Serzh Sargsyan Knew Nikol Pashinyan Was Going to Surrender Artsakh

Serzhik asked Garnuk to publicly explain this to the people. This amounts to direct testimony against Serzhik Sargsyan, who, fully aware that Nikol would surrender Artsakh, still facilitated his rise to power. In a normal country, a president would have acted very differently.”
