We knew, and we were expecting it. The question was when and from where the enemy would attack.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Furthermore, the former Armenian ambassador Mikayel Minasyan claims that 26 days before the outbreak of the 44-day war, Armenian authorities had received a secret document from the CSTO warning of the impending war, its nature, as well as a proposal to apply for assistance under a preventive regime.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The war against Artsakh was not unexpected for us.
