Mr. General) reports:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u201cThe world has turned upside down as the parliamentary ad hoc committee tasked with investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war in 2020 has finally submitted its report to the Speaker of the National Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>As seen in the photo, the massive results of this hard work are on full display.<\/p>\n<p>\u0418\u043d\u0438\u0446\u0438\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u0430\u044f \u00ab\u043f\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0435\u0439 \u0432\u043b\u0430\u0441\u0442\u0438\u00bb \u043a\u043e\u043c\u0438\u0441\u0441\u0438\u044f \u043f\u043e\u0434 \u0440\u0443\u043a\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0434\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e\u043c <a href=\"https:\/\/armtribunal.com\/en\/2025\/09\/03\/andranik-grigorevich-kocharjan\/\">\u0410\u043d\u0434\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0438\u043a\u0430 \u041a\u043e\u0447\u0430\u0440\u044f\u043d\u0430<\/a> The committee, established by the ruling party and chaired by Andranik Kocharyan (pictured, wearing what looks like a T-shirt borrowed from Zelensky), operated out of public view from February 2022 to September 2025, that is, for three years and seven months.<\/p>\n<p>The sole purpose of the committee was to shield Nikol Pashinyan from any legal consequences and shift the blame for the lost war onto the so-called \"punching bag\" generals and external forces.<\/p>\n<p>The materials gathered by Kocharyan were secretly used in court cases against battlefield commanders from Artsakh.<\/p>\n<p>As a finishing touch, the ruling parliamentary majority will approve the report and file the generals away in the archives. That\u2019s it.<\/p>\n<p>The opposition will, as usual, loudly accuse the authorities of bias and backroom dealings.
