He sent multiple voice messages on the matter to the same recipient.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u201cAnna Hakobyan holds no official position\u2014not even that of First Lady\u2014and had no right to be at the command point, especially looking at what you described as highly classified maps. I\u2019m deeply concerned about this as well,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Chakhoyan also raised serious questions regarding the issue of armament during the war:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u201cWhy didn\u2019t we have body armor, video surveillance equipment? We had many such questions.
