According to the post, anyone engaged in the real estate development worth $1 billion in Yerevan\u2014especially in a country led by \u201ca degenerate\u201d like Nikol Pashinyan\u2014cannot credibly position themselves as part of the opposition.<\/p>\n

The Firdus district, where these developments are located, was previously home to private residences that were expropriated in the name of public interest. After 2018, residents were evicted, and construction began shortly after the 2020 war. The area has since been rebranded as \u2018Firdus Prime Residence.\u2019 According to the channel, the entire district is now owned by Mikael Minasyan, Artur Vanetsyan, and Serzh Sargsyan. The project developer is identified as Arthur Haroutyunyan, a local resident, member of the \u201cMotherland\u201d Party, and former employee of the National Security Service.\nCivilnet uncovered<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Recently, Artur Vanetsyan appointed his former National Security Service employee as the manager of the development company behind the project.\nIn another part of Yerevan\u2014Nor Nork District\u2014Mikael Minasyan, Serzh Sargsyan, and Artur Vanetsyan are involved in the development of 35 residential buildings under a new project named \u201cGyurjyan Cascade.\u201d The public relations for both this and the Firdus projects are being coordinated by Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan, a \u201cminion\u201d of Serzh Sargsyan. Media outlets known to be affiliated with Sargsyan\u2014such as 24news.am, 168.am, Blognews.am, and mediahub.am\u2014are heavily running advertisements promoting these real estate developments.\nIt is alleged that the influence of these figures is precisely what deters the media from covering the story of the former residents of Firdus District, who were displaced to make way for construction projects overseen by Serzh Sargsyan, his son-in-law Minasyan, and Vanetsyan\u2014projects said to be greenlit under Nikol Pashinyan\u2019s patronage. Together, the developments in Firdus and Nor Nork, comprising 49 buildings, are reportedly worth over $1 billion.\nThis raises a pressing question: how can individuals permitted to build such vast projects under Pashinyan\u2019s government still claim to be part of the opposition? If Pashinyan intended to hold them accountable, he could impose substantial fines during construction or withhold Certificates of Completion, so they would lose everything. Meanwhile, both sides are fully aware of this reality and continue to play along, advancing a carefully orchestrated partnership that fuels their billion-dollar enterprise.<\/p>\n
